What can Qore do to improve this year?

I believe that this thread has been made, but stressing the issue is important ( .......and I couldn't find it )

Well we all know that the first year of Qore has came to past. While some of use enjoyed the first year some of us hated it. So what do you feel that should be in Qore this year that was not in the last. I have a few request some I feel that are very important.

 - Beta and free game availability: This was one of the most common problems with Qore. I feel that the problem is the length that they are allowing new subscribers and single issue buyers to have so they can receive the perks of the new issue. I feel that they should look at all of the current annual subscribers up to a set date and take care of them first.

- Exclusive interviews and Annual perks- Another thing that comes to mind when it comes to betas and games. To get more Annual members, Qore has to show what they are missing out on. Keeping some of these perks available to Annual only will show that while getting a single issue is cool, getting an Annual membership is the way to go.

Qore has been striving with Exclusives and it needs to improve. Annual Subscribers I understand not all gamers search through gamesites and magazine for the latest news. Some gamers do and from what I've ready they feel cheated out of an issue. I think Qore needs to focus on getting some interviews that gamers will not see anywhere else.

-Contest Seriously, who does not like winning things? Having Qore exclusive contest would be awesome. It could be as small as a T-shirt, to as big as a PS3 game, or a popular PSN game. It could be a random drawing for those who either bought and issue of Qore or again are Annual Subscribers. Even having a questions of the month based games in or out of the Qore issue or watching the interviews from Qore.

That's all I can think right now, but I feel that this will make Qore a better experience for those who purchase it. What are some of your ideas that you feel that would improve Qore?

I totally agree. At the end of the day there should be so much great content that I should be excited to download Qore every month and not care so much about the download time. Kudos to you

i like the whole contest ideas...and they def need to get more exclusive info...i mean sure its cool to have interviews with the team instead of reading some jounalists report....but it needs to be some of the new info not online yet.

but good post and hopefuly they start listening to us qore subscribers

    Change it's delivery method.

going into download history is a pain in the ***, downloading 1.3 gigs and then needing to install it is a pain in the ***.

If Sony really wants Qore to become a bit more mainstream, they need to update the service, but also look into making it a app like the vidzone in australia. An App where you pop in, if there's new vids, it starts downloading them in the background or you can stream as it downloads (if you have the speed) and can manage all the video's so you can delete them after your done to save space and such.

Awesome ideas, how about also some game walkthroughs or secret item locations or something like that. I liked how they did that in the MGS4 Intergral Podcast.

Re: What can Qore do to improve this year?

Honestly I get tired of the downloads (free games) being things that many of us already have, with no option to get something else from the store instead. I think there was ONE game in the past 6 issues that I hadn't already purchased -- and that one ended up being open to all purchasers, not just subscribers if I recall correctly.

As things stand, I won't be renewing my subscription in a couple months.

Re: What can Qore do to improve this year?
I would like to see Qore become more of a online magazine much like the old OPM, with the options to download the videos, themes, games and so on if one is interested, this would cut down on the download size of Qore.

Re: What can Qore do to improve this year?
I'd like there to be a more extensive download section.  It's neat to be able to look at concept art, but it would be even better if you could upload the photos and videos to your XMB for any additional use you might have for them.  Some of that art would make for some cool wallpapers!

Re: What can Qore do to improve this year?
I just can't stand that every Qore episode I receive (and I renewed the Annual Qore Subsription) and I go to the download center, I keep seeing the High Velocity Bowling game! God it's annoying! I was hoping for NOBY NOBY BOY, Flower or even Magic Ball, but c'mon man! I like High Velocity Bowling, but I already downloaded that game, so why would it keep on appearing on every friggin' episode!? It makes me mad just by looking at it ! I like Qore, but please, no more High Velocity Bowling for me to look at. Just give me something better like the games I mentioned earlier.

You'll always find me anywhere in the world of PSN, whether it be earning trophies from different games, or just chilling away.
