Or maybe we can just have Kessler's Storyline of how he went through all the trouble to get to the events of inFamous I mean in a way (spoiler) he is Cole but, just from a different timeline.

well cole of course since that was the last boss fight in the first game so it would be like an infamous 1 and a half thing from kesslers point of view
