List of coles powers so far...

I dont know exact names, but you'll know what they are.

 

Regular bolt: weakest of all moves.

 

Sloooooooowwww-mooo: the slomo power allows you to get a closer view over your shoulder and it will slow time which will allow for some great headshots. 

 

Arrest: lock guys to ground.

 

E.T. phone home: See thoughts of someone to help progress.

 

Healing yourself: standard regenerates after time health. 

 

Doctor: give someone the shock of life.

 

 Shock grenades: Grenades made of electricity that will bounce like a regular grenade and will explode with electrifying greatness.

 

Shock shield: A shield that will appear in front of cole and will protect against bullets when used.

 

Shock rocket: Electric rocket.

 

Gliding: Gliding awesomeness

 

Grinding: allows you to grind on telephone lines and train tracks for quick transportation

 

Melee attacks: allows you to kick or punch with electric fists/feet

 

Draining: allows you to drain electricity form enemies brain and from other electrical devices.

 

Missed me: is what he said when cole shot a bolt at the pole, but little did he know that the pole would transfer its new shock to the laughing opponent.

 

Thunder storm: an ability that will bring down lighting bolts on the opponents by using the six axis.

 

Gigawatt blades(dont know how to spell that one lol): is the ability that you gain from the gamestop preorder that will allow you to have electric blades form on your arms.

 

OTHER powers that aren't actual superpowers

 

Climbing anywhere: climb anything like altair can in Assassins creed

 

Cover: take cover on anything like gta 4, but with more twists such as taking cover while climbing on a bus.

 

 

Please give me more powers that i most likely forgot.

Arrest- the power to tie an enemy up, so the cops can finish off.

Heal( i think)- Heals a citizen or villian(i think)

Standard Abilities and Techniques:

Electrical Conductivity is the main ability that Cole receives, and depending on the situations and how the player conducts it, it may be used to bring a lightning strike, a widespread shock field, or a precise bolt of electricity. Cole can conduct many other standard blasts:

  • SIXAXIS, as an option, allows the player to bring down a lightning storm and maneuver it
  • Cole can also expel small fire foams that later explode as wide grenades
  • Cole can also electrify telephone wires and other lines to transport around rooftops
  • The Thunder Drop is one powerful variant of Cole's electrical ability. From heights, he can jump off and charge up amounts of electricity, to create a huge blast. The higher the structure, and the longer it's charged, the more deadly it becomes.

Duplication is also hinted to be an ability that Cole could bring up, where the player can make copies of him.

Cole can also perform powerful Jumping and Climbing techniques, be it launching himself enough to reach a high neon sign, or spread around more easily.

  • Cole is able to propel himself as well

 

Shock-Healing will offer the player to cure those in need, using the electric currents that Cole has within himself.

 

Arrests are forceful techniques that brings down criminals. It sustains them with electrical rings, be it on walls, or on flat surfaces. It's nonlethal.

 

Post Cognition allows Cole to pick up electrical patterns in people's brains to see their thoughts. He can also project images with it, helping him progress.

 

The Biodrain let's the player suck electricity from people.

 

Regeneration is a minor power that Cole can have.

 

Other Notes:

-Cole, as any other hero/anti-hero, has weaknesses. For example, if any part of Empire City comes into a blackout, his electrical abiltiies weaken.

-Cole can't operate firearms, due to his electrical currents in his body

please tell me that the gigawatt blades will be available on ps store when the game is out, dont care if it costs because i cant get it from a gamestop.

all we know is that it will be gamestop preorder, no idea if it will be dlc.
