InFamous 1 (GH version) freeze in the Historic district

I"ve been playing this game lately in the Historic District, the game freezes couple of times (in this Historic District), then I can't turn the system off.

So, I unplugged it from the cable, restarted the system, the system did (automatically) the restoring file system, then the game is still running just fine for now.

Should I be worried ? Has anyone experienced the same thing like this ?!

Now, I notice the blast shards number appear on the upper left screen tv. This didn't show when I played it in the earlier.
Are these numbers supposed to be appeared in this game ? I'm confused now...
