So, I know this has been mentioned many times before, but I always see fixes to this error having to do with the internet/that it's caused by attempting online play.  In my case, I can't even start up the game.  I've seen the fixes, but in my case internet isn't even a factor since my home internet is a mobile broadband type situation.  Also connecting to an internet source the Vita can use doesn't affect anything.  Would using existing solutions work if I did them at those places?

Hello. I am having the very same problem and I hope it get fixed soon. I can't start the game neither. The only way is to turn on Flight Mode, to disable the internet connection. Then you will be able to play on single mode but not online. Hope this help you a little.
