GR ticket, dahlia, and XP ticket are great buys if you are looking for any. The others suck or are not worth it. The item drops ticket gives about the same amount of drops as without, guilder (money) ticket) are worthless-just sell any unused equipment and mats especially pearls and/or gems, results ticket does not work, be sure to keep at least 100 per mat. I just got the results ticket to see what the difference was, and it is actually worse. I would get around 3 blue mats per s rank; with the results ticket, I would often get 1, and then after many runs get 7, and then 1-2 again. Whatever you do, do not buy the results ticket.

I havent spent very much time compiling statistics on what each ticket gives but some do have a much more noticeable affect than others like the exp, money, and item ticket.  I never bought the results ticket but of the ones I have bought I felt that they delivered exactly what was promised.  I agree that if you are looking to spend some time working on a particular aspect of your avi, like exp, than it is a waste to invest in the other tickets only for them to expire without being utilized properly.
