points are not accumulating after each game. Can any one help?

For the past week. Ever since the new privacy from last Sunday/Monday I have been stuck on the same points after each game. I called Sony twice and they had me uninstall and re install the game, plus all the extra downloads. That worked for about an hour. But the points are still not accumulating. Any one else having this problem or had this problem? Thank you.
