Copy and pasted from SHC:
This is the second official tournament brought to you by StarhawkCenter.net and currently the one with easily the highest total prize value.
General Guidelines:
Anyone with a copy of Warhawk for the PS3 and an internet connection are allowed to attend this tournament, however it is up to you to find a partner that also fits these guidelines. Please note that we also have not yet decided if split screen will be supported in this tournament and it will be held up to a community vote shortly following this post. In the end, feel free to name your team anything you wish or simply be called by your usernames. A nickname sure would give you a bit more flare though!
The games will be decided by a randomized bracket and a bracket's victors are determined by the most victories in a single match. The game is held on a randomized set of maps and small to medium sized layouts. All of the games will be held as first 2 out of 3 wins for the beginning stages, 3 out of 5 up to the semi-finals, and the semis and finals are 5 out of 7. A post in this section ("Warhawk Doubles") will be made for every assigned game and at the end of each game you are required to send the end result ticket information to that thread or the assigned tournament's mediator (StarhawkCenter_Bot). A completely separate thread will also track the overall progress of the tournament, including memorable quotes, videos, and pictures where it applies.
Finally, enjoy yourself and have fun! It's time to find out just who is the best duo in Warhawk of the current generation before Starhawk releases. Fight for the prizes and that undisputed title of "Best Warhawk Duo." Entries are being accepted immediately and the tournament will begin sometime after the next week and a half. We will immediately update this post when that information is available.
The Prizes:
BOTH winners of the tournament will receive one (1) of the following prize sets:
Both you and your partner are allowed to select different prize sets, the same sets, or combine them both and give them to one of yourselves (or a completely different person!). So that's possibly as much as hundred bucks in prizes if you take that route! It pays to have generous friends in this situation.
The Rules:
Disclaimer:
A mailing address is required if you win, in order to send you your prizes. It must be provided within 7 days of winning and must be verifiable or you forfeit your prizes. You must also provide an address that can reasonably receive mail from the United States of America. This is non-negotiable.
Your address will not be shared with anyone and will solely be viewable by yourself and I, KoingWolf, as the administrator of StarhawkCenter.net. It will never be given to a third party.
You enter this tournament as a complete willing participant in any and all changes made to it's rules, guidelines, regulations, and prizes and to any actions of SHC and it's staff done in relation to this tournament.
Good luck to any and all who enter this, we hope you enjoy yourselves and remember, to keep us alive and able to bring these exciting tournaments to you, please support us!
This is officially cross posted on the Playstation Forums and StarhawkCenter.net.

Yes, a minority of the games required to win will be air combat only. So if you have to win 3 out of 5, at least 1 or 2 will be reserved for a dogfight layout, depending on what is choosen out of the pool of random maps and layouts.

KoingWolf are you going to do more community events like the guy with the blue name on the starhawk forums does for that community?
