Jamiepm, It's sad to see you go right as I get back to WYLD.
It was nice having you in the clan and that had to be the best "goodbye" I've seen from a resigning WYLD member since July.
You are right Tom. I don't see the point of the SOS squad, but it sounded fun so I signed up. THAT one won't do us much good, IMO, but our ground team could have definately helped in the DC map. That's why there needs to be a balance. Also it's not who gets to base first, it's who keeps it. At the beginning don't fly right to the center; grab a TOW THEN go and keep the base. Also, air wins games, like we know. So ground troops PLEASE take the time to shoot down mines if you see them. Those were my only aerial problems.
And to all bad pilots: Get in the air anyway, assuming we have a surplus of planes. The worst possible thing is that you force some people on the other team to waste their time, effort, and ammo on you. And while they're concentrating on you, that can at least give the better pilots an advantage on the people pursuing you.
Wyldone, NNN wants to play us again, soon. Cause we all had fun. So let's have some strategy this time on who plays. Tell me how this sounds:
1. (air) Wyldone
2. (air) proj
3. (air) tom
4. (air) tseska
5. (ground) coney1
6. (ground) brokoro
8. (flag capper)
Green = wants to play. Orange = I think they should play cause they have skills in that particular area. Capper and defender aren't too hard to do, so I'll leave that up to anyone. Things in paranthesis designate to a position that you'll need to play in order to win. Not that you have to do this by any means, but I think this will get us more organized and better prepared. And it fits right into our squads.
It'd be awesome to be ground pound doubling with you again - I smell wrenches, flame throwers, rocket launchers and a few tanks are required. >
I try to specialize in Aerial Defense, but I love being noted for my Ground defense/offense none the less. ^__^
