I think a U.S. would be "alright" but I think it would be very complicated in modern times. However, with that said I think if they would do one I would like to see an adventure/storyline steeming from the free masons. Something like national treasure.
An idea for Europe/Middle East would be searching for the holy grail... that could be a very interesting storyline. And various places around the world Drake could travel.
