Uncharted 2 should not have zombie or undead incorporated into the game. Sure in the first game it fit in with the legend or myth of the story, but it also hurt the game as well. I thought i was playing Uncharted, not resident evil. I don't want things with 50 teeth popping out of the wall jumping on me. Uncharted has to distinguish what it is. Its a platformer/shooter/puzzle game. The word horror should not be in their, nor should it be in the next game as well. I can see a Zombie Rampage mini game somewhat similar to COD5's, but not in the story mode. They need something else besides a zombie outbreak to extend the story mode.

Uncharted must be your first action adventure treasure hunting game/book/movie.
You're not a fan on Indiana Jones either I see.
Anyway, apparently the thing Drake was holding in his hand in the teaser is a myth that it can open up a dimension to gods or something. I'm pretty sure it will invlove something like that.

Well it's a good thing there weren't any zombies in Uncharted.
Never once was the word "zombies" uttered in Uncharted. Yet everyone latched on to the word and now it's take on a life of it's own. Why? Because it's easier to go along with it than to actually use the right term for them, which was The Spaniards.

I was going to say something about zombies too... but the people that think they are zombies usually never listen and always think that they are zombies ![]()

damn those spanish and there zombies!
i really didn't mind it though, everyone made such a big deal of it and yet it was fit into the whole story quite nicely, and then the story evolved into "how to not unleash a legion of undead spaniards upon the world" which was wrapped up well.
guess i just gave away the general plot-line to uncharted 2 but ey, whatever.

They are not zombies, just like in 28 days later they are not zombies. They are infected with a virus/curse, also the game picked up a lot better because I was getting tired of kiling the same 10 pirates over and over. The game turned spooky and worked perfectly, heaven forbid you get thrown a curve ball and the story changes. Look at the movie "The Cave" or "The Decent" both had creatures simular to these and they were not Zombies.
Uncharted introduced everything a good story needs, Action, Love, Lost, Tresure, Twist, Good & Evil. Followed with Great actors and a wonderful island to explore. I loved every moment I spent playing the game it's why I have the Platium trophy for the game.
