Exactly! I like it too. It would place more importance on each bullet and would require players to have better aim.

the one shot reload is what exactly i have in mind. also 30-40% accuracy when not scoped in.

good idea kudos, but only if it stays as a 1 hit kill, no need for it at all if it goes back to headshot only is 1 hit kill

you couldnt pay gamers an extra 50k per round to use the Dragon in 1.04....they make it the "obnoxiously loud" shotgun in 1.05 and every1 cant put it down.

 

the sniper has become a multi-purpose weapon....it sucks.

 

 

 

much change needs to be added to the dragonm ,  my suggestion is no more shooting @ legs kill

This will encourage the sniper to switch to his pistol more often too.
And a shot on the leg shouldn't kill the opponent. That should be tweak'd.

Maybe the rifleND is using is a semi-automatic rifle not bolt-action.

wouldn't this take away from the point of being a sniper? Sniper's are suppose to be hard to find/ invisible. making them more visible would just be messing with the point of a sniper. look for muzzle flashe's or movement would be your best bet, and if you get sniped out... hey you wouldn't be the first nor the last.
