Player pool.

So what do you guys think the player pool consists of
number wise?

I hear people say all the time that we can't have a
region lock or dedicated servers because the player
pool is too small.

So what is too small? Anyone have an idea of how many
daily players we have?

At the end of U2 popularity it was around 55,000 before U3 came out.

I ask because of this http://bf3stats.com/

Left hand side of the screen.

Yep BF3 player pool = 70,000

The game has dedicated servers and runs smooth as glass.

2 weeks ago the PS3 player pool was 40,000

Then an update came out releasing more dedicated servers and the player pool jumped by 30,000.

So lets talk again about the player pool being too small for dedicated servers or region lock.

Hummmmm.

Region lock can be an issue though for those who don't play in areas with many players. Dedicated servers would help, but the game already handles lag well. The problem is poor matchmaking and people with awful connections.

In my opinion this game does not handle lag well.

Playing other games that DO handle lag well you can see this.

So you think Uncharted is some how special compared to other games that get played in the same areas?

Well I don't know the numbers, but I can tell you, with my utmost confidence that all the noobs are on my team, whilst the pros are on the other side. This is 120% fact, do not dispute.

Do you feel me?
