Currently, the treasure system already fails in that it forces people to play game modes they may not enjoy - and it might be a lot of games due to randomness.
The solution to treasure is really simple IMO. Make all treasures available for purchase with game money - so if you don't want to grind a certain game mode to get the treasures, you can just play what you enjoy and buy the treasures. Aren't games supposed to be about enjoyment and having fun?
If they did this, it would also resolve the treasure issue for a combined comp game mode.
All that said, fix matchmaking before anything else.
The idea is pretty simple: consolidate 10-player modes (Team Deathmatch, Plunder, Team Objective, Hardcore, Elimination, The Lab, Classic) into a single playlist (All Competitive).
Again, a mode or version of the game they completely failed to duplicate from UC2, like the 1.09 changes.
It's an idea too good to possibly stand a chance of getting ND to implement. Kudos.

Oh man...RPGs only TDM on Cave was my favorite thing about UC2, with Sniper & Pistole on Sanctuary being a close second. It would be great to re-live that in UC3.

Sounds like a good idea. To be honest, all I ever played in UC2 is TDM only, but this sounds fun.
