Ok I had finished playing the Uncharted 3 campaign about 2 weeks ago on medium when I realized crushing mode was not unlocked. Do I have to complete it on hard to unlock crushing because I thought that playing it on medium would unlock it. I played it on medium throughout the whole game without changing difficulty and it would be very annoying if I had to complete the campaign two more times just to unlock both the Hard and Crushing trophy.
