Can I unlock Crushing by doing Chapter Select Hard difficulty one by one? Meaning, if I do one chapter a night on Hard then come back and select another chapter, select Hard will it unlock the Crushing difficulty? I am doing the Hard difficulty but going through the Chapter Select option? Or do I have to do it through New Game then select Hard difficulty then go through the story mode method?
