Probably Accuracy, but Callout and Reload speed are pretty good.

Well yeah, that's the point of Call Out.

If you don't want it I suggest Roman's G-MAL.

Elena's Gmal is a very lethal weapon yes.

Basically, Elena's Gmal vs Accuracy Gmal is the 2 (arguably) second best Gmal mods (plus a bonus clip size) vs (arguably) the best Gmal mod.

Which one is better? Your choice.
