Not to say that the SP is bad.  I just found it was a bit short.

must admit it was a bit short, but what level did you play it on?

First normal, then Hard, then Crushing.

I also played it a few more times on Easy and Normal to mop up extra trophies.

I went very easy to get the feel of the game, then to hard and now half-way through crushing, but I can't see me finishing that coz it takes a lot of what I haven't got, PATIENTS  Smiley Frustrated

Trust me, if anyone knows about not having patience, it's me.

I just rage my way through and stop playing the game for a month once I'm done.  Then I start playing again Smiley Very Happy

Which is kind of what I like about games like RDR and Assassin's.  No Difficulty settings so the trophies are a little more varied.

I could play it again after a week of finishing coz my memory is so bad that I would have forgotten what the game was about by then Smiley LOL

Anyone here complaining clearly can't afford a 50 cent item.

It's not about the price, nobody's arguing that.

It's a matter of principle.

It's one thing to buy the hat stats, or guns from hardcore or free for all, where you don't play those that much.

But to make the original taunts, basic weapons, and basic clothes, that we all know are soooooooooo incredibly easy to get without spending money, is kind of lame.  And really shows how much they are milking the DLC system.  Betting that some sucker out there will buy them.

Can you not see that?

You can't control what people want to spend, stop caring so much. Seriously.

If they want to buy basic Nathan Drake then that's their buisness.

I don't care what people spend their money on.

You're clearly missing the point.

Sure it does.  It's sets precedent that maybe something that could've been on the disc, they'll just make DLC.

If these were maps we wouldn't be talking about it, because everyone would want maps right?

Who's to say that some of these couldn't have been on the disc?

It's due to precedents that have been set in the land of DLC.

DLC in Uncharted 2 was awesome, they handled it great.  Awesome timing, and solid stuff to purchase.

It's been kind of merky in Uncharted 3.

Paying for characters from UC2?

It's CLEARLY milking a cow.  and LOL @ all the money they are going to make from the tickets.

As lEvilDeadl said in a great post, it's all set up AGAINST you, so you spend money.

You know, many people wanted this.

Everyone kept asking for easier ways to unlock these items, some even suggested they would buy them with real money.
