Absolutely NOTHING ground breaking in the OP's post, and on top of that, the sentiment is NOTHING NEW. Threads like this were made BEFORE UC3 ever hit the shelves.
Is it any surprise that companies would use Ideas from other studios? Hardly.
UC3 may have elements that came from other titles, but NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE has the movement that UC3's characters have. For as much as people knock this title for senseless crap like this, the game is still better than 90% of the games out there.

This.... this I can attest to. The sole reason I play UC3 is because nothing else is good, and trust me, I have tried a lot of games.
