What? 

Post and discuss the excuses that you have been messaged or heard over voice chat about why the opposing team lost.

Why? 

In some other games I play, it is customary to say GLHF (good luck, have fun) at the beginning of the game and the loser says GG WP (good game, well played) at the end. In UC3 I find that people just make excuses for why they lost more often than not. The game simply won't advance when everyone is making excuses for why they lost instead of respecting the reasons why the other team won and striving to do better themselves.

Inspired by some recent threads, I thought we could expose these silly excuses and promote good sportsmanship, and have a couple of laughs while we're at it. 

1 Rule:

Do NOT name the player(s) or clans who gave the excuses. This is not supposed to turn into a flame fest.

I only lose because I'm tired, drunk, stoned or by the fact that I just suck to begin with.

I'll start with this common one:

"You lag so much!"

Lag has as many downsides as it might have upsides. In most other games lag is not considered advantageous. 

Especially in a game with peer-to-peer architecture, lag is relative. Yes, there is a host - but that host is one of the players chosen by matchmaking system. The guy who lags wouldn't be laggy if the game had chosen someone closer to him, it's not his fault.

Have you ever been killed even though you took cover or turned a corner? It's because you are "lagging". It's not advantageous at all. Similarly, laggers will see game events later than those who aren't lagging - in other words if you're lagging a lot, someone could potentially kill you before you even saw on screen that you were being shot at, and then suddenly you're dead.

If your lag is really extreme, you get the disconnect icon and your controls are frozen. Ever had that happen to you? Tell me how that's an advantage.

People need to stop blaming lag for why they lose.

to which someone on our team replies, "Still lost dawg, it's just a game."

...some people just trade fun with frustration. Just play the game win or lose, that goes for the 3rd prestige guys dropping out, as well.
