I am getting close to level 75, and I know that I choose Legacy, I start over.....yet get only a clown mask? No other advantage? People do this 'just because?'
It's preference really... if you don't enjoy this multiplayer all that much and are only going to come back every now and then, you should not legacy. But if you enjoy it and plan on spending many hours on it weekly just go ahead and legacy, there are NO advantages to going through with the legacy.
I chose to legacy because this is my go-to Multiplayer game, I have a few friends who play and many other reasons.
Another question, but thought it fits this thread well. I am rank 39, legacy level 4 and it seems to be taking ages to rank up now. How much longer does it take to rank up at legacy 5, because I'm not sure I want to if it takes as long as it does to rank up to rank 80 on UC2!
New rank badge, new head items, and emblem parts. It's boring if I just sit at the top knowing that I could advance through more levels and gets new stuff. Not that I use the stuff. I just do it for the sake of leveling and getting new stuff. Your choice.
As Karate Champ said, it's simply an incentive to keep playing the game. I'm pretty sure I'm not going for 5th legacy because the rewards aren't just worth it and I've got a big pile of games waiting to be played. I reach 4th legacy 75, get some trophies and I'm done.
