The para and micro are pretty much on par on close range but on medium you shouldnt rush with any of those (blindfiring) so instead you change to your 9/10 times G-MAL. If the accuracy mod did something and the Raffica had a buff you wouldnt have to change to your G-MAL but just aim and shoot (this is pretty much pointless now
I have to agree about everything.
Decrease the blindfire accuracy of the Para 9, but donot touch it other than that. The Para 9 is a great pistol right now, and it's advantage over the Micro is that it is used well in 1v1 fights, and you can kill someone if you had good aim. It should stay this way.
As for the Raffica, well, I used it once and never since. It seriously needs a buff, along with the TAU. Honestly, both pistols need an increase in their damage. The Raffica needs 1-2 bullets less to kill and should have abit larger clip, about a burst more.
This is my opinion on the matter, feel free to adjust what you guys feel is wrong.
I totally agree, the para 9 is a beast now; i've killed people with it while i am getting shot at with an m9 or ak-47 from mid-range, and i believe you move faster while holding a hand gun, but maybe is just me.. The raflica definately needs an improve, i believe it takes 4-5 bursts to kill someone, by the time you hit someone with a full burst, they're already gone or killed you, the only time i use it its on LU combined with elena's gmal for that extra booster , my kickback gets filled quick when my team mates kill those campers up in the stairs..
