It's just depressing how the devs can't even see how rediculous the blindfire is in this game.

People should be aiming but from level 1 to level 75 5th legacy all that is used is blindfire and melee. It doesn't matter how good you are at aiming. The core of the game is balanced towards blindfire. 

25% reduction is needed. I'm using the stat hat which reduces blindfire by 10% and that's still not enough. 

This game is a shooter and the only times it has lived up to that has been when the Fal-SS and G-Mal were OP.

Yeah there's nothing more to be said, if the devs are oblivious which is clear by their respond, I don't expect any change. Especially since the testers have pushed this unbalanced blindfire from the beginning. Hell it's clear by the fact that most of the guns weren't even tested to be aimed. The staple AK-47 was a complete joke for over 6 months. 

Melee should be 3 punches.
Blindfire needs a 25% reduction

Get players aiming again. Get proper gunfights where you're rewarded for your skill at aiming.

I honestly feel like players have just forgotten how to aim a gun because quite honestly they don't need to.

UC4 will be exactly the same and that's what I fear most. No lessons learnt.

You know, in a morbid humouresque way, I would not be surprised, considering how glitchy this game can be, if something were to break from this fix...

I hate to say it, but Robert Cogburn shouldn't be in charge of UC4 MP.

But then again, Sony may think that UC3 MP was highly successful judging by UC3's sales... the truth is that most of them can be attributed to the SP (the staple of the Uncharted series).

I'd much rather have blindfire have 25% of the lock on it has right now, rather than just a 25% reduction. You can still aim with your camera and when you blindfire you have higher mobility than anyone else shooting.

 

And yes melee needs to be 3 hits. They should also fix wack and roll so that you have to wait for the melee animation to finish before you can roll.

 

While they're at it, it would be nice if the made it so blindfire didn't go straight through Riot Shields as well.

I gave kudos to this thread even though they won't nerf it in UC3. I did it to say that I want ND to try focus a bit more on making players try aim their gun then to make blindfire too dominant for future projects, especially if UC4 is one of them.

I think it was mainly the SP that drew people in. They need to mainly work on forming gameplay around the story and take their time to perfect the game as much as possible, this IMO was their main flaw as to why they didn't do so well in this area.
