Boy, that Big Extreme Super Intense Radical Nargly Exciting news for Uncharted 3's MP still hasn't come out, yet?

What a surprise...

So.  Just out of curiosity, how many times have they delayed releasing the news?  Anybody know the exact number of times?

My friends and I usually get a good laugh out of ND's BS

They delayed it once. You may think it has been longer, because the patch has been teased about since November. There was only one official set time, I believe. Maybe twice.

The whole patch itself is one huge "delay". Since when does it take four months to create and release a patch?

Where is that long-time support we were promised. I don't consider 2-3 people who need months for such a patch as "long-time support".

But if the patch is great and - after more than a year - finally gives us stuff that we were allowed to expect at the release day, fixes most of the technical problems and so on, I won't have any big complaints about this delay.

Remember how long it took them to release TU 1.01 for the Summer beta? It's astonishing that a beta can actually have better customer support than the retail game.

I bet they only have 1-2 programmers working on UC3 patches and maybe 2-3 QA testers. That's probably less than 5% of their workforce, LOL. The rest of them are working on TLOU and/or UC4.

Once?

I remember them saying something like "By the end of this month" then they said "Early next month" then "Sometime this week" and now "Sometime next month".

I'd like to have it too, But is the F2P version a good option? I mean if it's only TDM nobody is going to use it if they have the real game. And how about partying up? Can a F2P party up with a P2P player? Or will it be just like coop shade survival that you get a message not everyone has the selected mode.

I hate to say it, but ND will likely find a way to screw up F2P.
