What would you tag the developer? Something good or something bad?

If it's something bad then it's similar to insulting regular forumers via tags.

Yep. Like cutting Big Bird's budget, it's for the greater good.

Although, instead of also sabotaging the childhood of many people, this just lessens trolltagging.

I actually think this is a solid move in the right direction.

If a user is abusing the tag system,. the tag system gets removed, we all know who abused it and therefor that person gets instant heat amongst tag lovers or people who want to support others.

I love it.

In a way it lets the user in question know that their activity is being or has been dealt with.

Also they were perma-banned, so that's a pretty stern indicator that their activity was dealth with.
