Next to Sark's name is cart symbol, meaning I can purchase him individually via the PlayStation Store. When I select him, a window pops up saying "There are no items that you can purchase at this time." This has been the case for quite some time now.
I do not appreciate being left in the dark about this matter; I would expect someone from the quality assurance team or customer service team to at least respond and say that this matter is being looked into - should it be true. That way, I can rest assured and hope for a future update, rather than have to chase back to these forums guessing if this has even been read. Please see my former, unreplied topic in Technical Issues, "Unable to Purchase Hero and Villian Skins (DLC)", submitted one week ago.
