Yup.  ND is pathetic.  Christ, look at TF2.  You can unlock literally every item through just playing the game, yet they give you the option to buy them.

Uh.. . you can collect treasures to unlock stuff FOR FREE. I already have a couple items. Besides, you aren't expected to buy everything.

Yes, for stage 1. The other stages though are for things that you can already unlock in game through treasures or gotten with a promotional code in the past.

And it's a pick and chose system, they don't intend on someone buying every item, because no one likes 100% of the items. Also don't give me that "but some people wana own everything" bull, if you want to own everything in the game that's your problem.
