I'm sure stopping power is included in blindfire as well as aiming.

In public matches, I'd rather get a good score and lose than win and get a bad score. I want to do better myself, because I don't care too much about winning or losing a public game.

Aren't the stopping power hats broken? I never heard that ND fixed it or I would already use it with the AK to get some serious stopping power in this game.

 

Edit: And I believe the Ping based and Regen hats still don't work too. (Regen gives you regen delay!)

X-ray vision should work. I used it when I was trying to level up Cloaked.

Self-centered much? The objective is to help your team to win.

Seriously, what is wrong with this generation of "wannabe-rambo one-man-show awesome KDR fighters"? I never understood what's the point of going 40-0 in a match and still losing. Completely backasswards mentality.

Call out stat hats are actually pretty advantageous in Classic mode where there are no Call Out modded guns.

 

For the person who stated that it steals your kills, but it can also help you survive encounters when you are out-manned.  You can also "steal kills" from your teammates who are helping you kill called out enemies.
