This type of behavior and content of the thread is expressly against the forum rules and guidelines:

I saw someone doing a glitch with a treasure in a plunder game, which let him run faster. How can I report him?

Not at all, reporting was never an option in uncharted 2. If I were you I would not play it at all in Uncharted 2 since this glitch just breaks it.

Oh and besides of that this thread is 2 years old.

Really?  Where's your proof?  ND hasn't released a patch nor DLC in over a year for Uncharted 2...

Please fix U2, hundreds of thousands are still active each month, where is the last patch for doubld cash and the lab to be fixed, that promise was completely a lie. Take an hour or two and make the lab come back compatible with boosters and doule cash update as promised before u3 works started abd you forgot and ignored us all.
