By removing medic kits in the maps completely or not having them respawn will force players to craft them instead of molotovs.
Also, removing health kits will make the medic booster more valueable. Players will need team mates to heal them. When I try to heal someone, they're healing themselves already.

I actually agree with taking the surplus of medic kits off the map, I think there are simply too many. It's a small issue really but I like to be the "medic" and run with reviver and first aid training 2 - it seems that nobody ever needs me to bandage them. Plus, yeah, in singleplayer it was a decision on whether to make a medic kit or a molotov. That didn't really carry over into MP at all.
tbh that dang welfare system is the only thing p"ing me off, I'm actually punished for being the only good player on a losing team because I still get nothing from caches, and while on the winning team I get nothing from caches. Yet when we are winning by 2 kills the enemy gets an arsenal in every cache.
