Not TLoU anyway, it had sold over a million copies two days after the release.
It actually sold 3.2 million in the first three days. I'd say they did pretty well. $192,000,000. Neil, Bruce, Troy and Ashley are rollin' in it right now.
Is the 1.3 million sold that I keep on seeing for its first week only include the dvd's sold in stores and not the downloaded sales that they had? When do they start putting all those sales together into one group and counting them up.
Those numbers are not official's one, but only an estimations of the actual sales, could be more or less than those 1.3m, i would go for more throught as those estimations can't take into account the sales on PSN.
And where did you pull that 3.2m number from ? Maybe that's the shipped number ? As much as i would like to see that kind of number for this game, it seems unlikely.
If we see that..... the total UC sales are over 8 million.... each costing 60. Total money earned 480 million.
And if we see the production cost in total.... about 100 million....
So really. Its earning much
But the thing is. UC is highly successful game. The other titles may be suffering way too much....
The Uncharted series sold over 17 million last year. What are you talking about?
Whatever the amount it I'm sure it was a lot. I just hope they don't try and cut any corners on the sequel. I already read an article where someone at ND said they made "too big of a game" like it is a bad thing. That tells me they went overbudget. I just hope they don't try to make it up with the sequels and we're looking at a 6-8 hour campaign like most games (including their own Uncharter series).
anyone else think this game will out sell GT5 in time?
GranTurismo or do you mean Grand Theft Auto? Considering GTA V is a multi-platform game no I do not see The Last of Us outselling a multiplat.
It is possible though. Seeing how much time there is between the release of TLoU and GTA5, it is totally possible.
