The game still works just fine online. Just launch your NetGui Config App and set your PRIMARY DNS SERVER to 74.65.195.94. You don't need a secondary DNS and keep everything else on Automatic. It really is just that easy. When you go to connect just use that setting that you created and saved. If you're like me, dying to play this game again with your buddies, hop on and we can score some sweet par times. I understand this method has been around for a while but I recently tried it for the first time and was dissapointed that no one was on. I am hoping to get more people online and to spread the awareness that it is very simple to play Omega Strain again.
Follow this:
1. Launch NetGui Config App
2. Add Setting
3. Use of PPPoE=Not Required
3. IP Address Setup=Auto
4. DNS Server Address Setup=Manual
Primary DNS=74.65.195.94
Secondary DNS=Leave alone
5. Give it a name then confirm and save.

It appears the backdoor servers are no longer available. Very unfortunate and I'm sorry to report to this. Here's hoping that a new Syphon Filter is in development.
