My friend had to reset her ps3 to default settings and lost a few of her accounts in the process. She's trying to recover her accounts but can't remember the sign-in id she used (she knows everything else, like her password and security question). Is there a way for her to restore her account?

I think your "friend" is going to have to contact Sony Cusrtomer Servcie regarding this issue.

If she knows the screen name (PSN id), date-of-birth, and security question answer for each of the accounts; then she shouldn't have any problem recovering them.  She will have to do that by phone at 800-345-SONY.  It can't be done online.
