Got home from work and discovered my vita on the floor. (It was charging on a table beforehand) It has 2 dents in the glass screen making the colors go all rainbow on me. I just bought the thing a month ago and now its messed. Am I out of luck or does the sony warranty cover this? You can't imagine how devasted i feel right now after dropping 350 bucks on this and a memory card. I literaly want to cry. I'd just like to know my options.

You are out of luck. The factory warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, meaning defective parts, and mistakes made at the factory. Not accidental damage. Only replacement guarantees sold by retailers cover accidental damage. Sony will fix your Vita, but you will have to pay a repair fee.

I'd feel sick to my stomach too, so you certainly have my sympathy for your situation.
As indicated above the warranty doesn't cover accidents, only accidental cover does this.
