Hello Everyone

I want to see if anyone else has the same problem as me with Crunchyroll, since now the app is available on PS3. Everytime I try to contact crunchyroll via there website email, I get a "page cannot load" error. I joined crunchyroll awhile back, but everytime I tried to contact them or even try to cancel my account, all I would get is a white page error. I finally had to log in through my cell phone and cancel my account. I would love to join them again, but there is now way I can unless I can actually contact them. I can't even email them to inform them of this error, as all I get are the "page cannot load" white screen errors. I do not know if Internet Explorer 9 is not compatiable with crunchyroll. I can't figure out the problem.

Crunchyroll definitely works with Internet Explorer 9. I'm not sure what you mean by "website email", but if you need customer support you should use the Contact US link at the bottom of the Crunchyroll web pages, which takes you to a web form.  Here is a direct link...
