Hey there, first time poster. Um, my brother and I used our dads email to register the master account, but it's an old AOL account and was deleted, and we never reset it's password after the reset was issued, and now we can't accept terms and agreements. I'm hoping I can get some help here?

You may still be able to recover the account, but it can't be done online.  You have to call Playstation customer service at 800-345-SONY.  If you know the date-of-birth and security question answer that you registered with the account, then you should have no problem.  If you made those up, and then forgot them; then you will have more trouble.  You may  succeed anyway if you can provide the serial number of the console that the account last signed in from, or credit card information that was registered with the account for purchases or age verification.  If you can't recover access to the master account, then you won't be able to access the sub-accounts anymore either.
