(What the title says)

I have internet connection problems (I don't want any answers for that), so the only way to download the new update is through the pc. However, the update doesn't exist for pc. Will it come out? And if does, when is that going to happen?

If you are using a North America ps3, it is right there in the lower right hand corner of the page.  Just click the link and it brings it right up.

Well then I forgot to mention that I live in Europe. The thing is though that when I go to this link and go download it, it dowloads the 4.10 version not the 4.11. Is it going to come out later for Europe?

Probably, but there is no need to worry about it.  The 4.11 update doesn't do anything exciting.  According to the release notes, the only major addition is an option to have the date and time updated automatically via the Internet.  It isn't even a mandatory update.

I thought it was mandatory for the EU, I could have sworn I read that somewhere. 

And it is also rumored to be a supposed fix to the problems that resulted from 4.10 for some users and the internet browser.

I have seen it over in the uk site.

Mandatory or not, I can't sign in and play online. (Actually for EU it is mandatory)

Edit: I just went to the uk site and downloading 4.11. I hope it actually is...

If you have Internet connection problems, then aren't you going to have problems using PSN anyway; update or not?

What I meant by that is that here, whenever there are many devices (computers, phones, etc.) connected my router reboots when I try to update, thus interrupting it. So when I download it from my pc everything is ok and i just put it in my usb and everything is fine. However, when I play online (e.g. Call of Duty) I don't have that much of a problem.

Anyway, you answered my question by saying a key "word": UK. I went to download it and everything's fine now.
