The Sony support representative is correct that the free game code is provided by AT&T. Sony really has nothing to do with it. The free game isn't for purchasing a 3G Vita. It is for activating DataConnect for a Vita device. The free game code is sent to the e-mail address that is associated with your DataConnect account. Not your PSN e-mail account, unless they are the same. AT&T doesn't have any access to PSN information. It is just providing Internet access for the Vita. Have you checked the spam folder of the e-mail account that you used when you registered for DataConnect? Sometimes the code e-mails end up in there. If you did not receive the code, then you need to contact AT&T and find out where and when it was sent. They won't want to bother looking for it, so you should say that you are canceling your DataConnect service if this isn't resolved. By the way, AT&T customer service is notoriously bad; so this should come as no surprise. The only reason Sony selected AT&T is because AT&T is the only major wireless carrier in the US that uses international standard 3G technology, and Sony didn't want to have to produce multiple versions of the 3G Vita, the way that Apple now does with the iPhone.
