SO my issue is this error code, which comes happens whenever I try to download a demo or activate my account on my PSP. In the case of a game it says the install failed, and when activating it says an error occured, but they're both the same error codes.
The main issue with this is that where I've looked and seen this is an issue with too many account activations/deactivations on a system, or by account or whatever, and is a temporary lockout for 7 days. And I acceptted that when it first happened. But then it didn't fix itself after 7 days. Didn't work with downloads through the PS3 or MediaGo either, after which I just gave up. This was last July, of 2010, when the Patapon 3 Demo came out. Final straw was later in the month when the Gladiator Begins demo came out and I tried to download it only to face the same error.
So now it's April 2011. Patapon 3 comes out next week and i want to finally get this resolved, so I update and try to download the demo again, since it's in my download history. I get the same error. I know it's been way more than a week since I tried to activate/deactivate this system or my account, so I call support and they tell me it's because of the activation/deactivation issue and to wait a week, and I've just got to wait for their sake. Through the support process I tried deactivating/activating, downloading other demos, and deleting the account from the system. Activating never worked, only getting this error when attempted.
Since this won't do anything based on past experience I've got to ask here if there's anything I can do. The issue is on my PSP-1000, and only there as my PS3 could still download demos and games since the whole struggle last July. They're the only systems I've used my account on, so I'm prtty sure it's not the account but the system's problem. I've also tried to create a new account on the system, but it says the maximum number of activated accounts has been reached, and to contact tech support, but that didn't resolve the problem.
tl;dr I get the error in the subject when doing anything related to activation (not deactivation) only on my PSP with games or in general, tech support was confused and then said to wait a week, I had already waited months. Help, please?

Log in to your PSN account and do this:
1.- Change your current PSN log-in password
2.- Change the e-mail that serves as your ID for log-in (if you have only that e-mail, get another one)
4.- Log-in again with the new e-mail
5.- Activate the system
Just remember, all notifications from PSN will be sent from now on to the new e-mail.
