hey im tryin to get online and it says i cant even sign in.... it says my wifi is open and when i try to join it stops.. and also when i do get in it tells me to update my ps3 and right in the middle of it it kicks me out and makes me do it again... ive been waiting for some help for 35 mins.. you guys need to find better ways to help. im thinkin about goin back to Xbox pretty soon.

if you have an ethernet cable, hook that up from the PS3 to the router to download the update.

Past that, just make sure you're using the right keys when setting up your network.

I am having same issue...I was able to play online 3 nights ago and have not been able to connect to the PSN for the past 2. I have honestly tried everything possible and still cannot get online.
