Tekken X Street Fighter Cole and other DLC?

So I was able to DL Mega Man and Pac Man but Cole and those two cat characters are locked out. Do we have to wait for the Vita version to come out to unlock

these guys? I don't see any way to DL them yet. Thanks for any update/info.

you cant use cole and those cats in arcade mode, however you can use them in versus or online
