Recently, I have had more and more difficulty finding a decent game in AE.  I know that I tend to not play a game for a month or two at a time, but I have recently dusted off AE and attempted to play.  It seems that either everyone is playing SF X Tekken or UMVC3 now.  I know I'm already behind the powercurve on UMC3, and there's something about SF X Tekken I don't like. 

Does anyone here think the crowds will return once the hype for SF X Tekken dies off?

I do. A couple of people I have played SSFIV with bought SFxT and they are pretty tired of it now. At least I hope it does. I have no desire to buy SFxT at the current price.

Yeah, plus the Tekken characters I used to play (King and Xiaoyu) don't play the same.  I used to rely on sidestep shenanigans, and those are impossible in this game.

Probably best for the SFCCL to move to SFxT, but I am just not a fan of the game.  And I have little interest in spending $40 to $60 for a game I don't like. 

So I am still playing SF4.  Looking to get 20 members to begin a 4th season of the SFCCL.  Love to have you back, SHORYUKEN.  The game is basically 3 years old tho.

For me, personally, I just got a little tired of the game. I played it for a couple of years, got decent with it and then got bored. Add to that I moved to a new place where I don't really have access to the TV all that often. I'm moving again and getting a new monitor with an HDMI input, so I may get into SF again.

I did get SFxT and play with it for a bit, but the online glitchiness bugged me and I couldn't continue playing it.

(first time posting here in a long while, it's kinda sad to see that I'm still a top poster on this sub forum. XD)

Well, maybe not "decent", huh, DI?  How the hell you been? 

DI was one of the early members of the SFCCL.  He and I had some good matches.  The league is still going on strong.

Been well, just finished moving. You? Still maining Ken? Last time I played I think I was best with Boxer... maybe Akuma.

Yes, the SFCCL is still around, although interest is much lower now.  22 members to begin season 4.

I still main Ken, have for a decade.  Although I play Fei Long and Bison well. Want to learn a 4th tho
