Does SSFIV have an online lobby like the PS3 Tekken games?

Like can you watch other people fight until its your turn? If not then I will just stick with regular 4 wich online options are atrocious.

Dust 514 will revolutionize console MMO's. Believe.

Excellent, this is so bought. Now if only Sega can go back and patch in online for VF5
