That's what I'm afraid... Although that being said I can't think of competitive games being competitive the game has pretty much turned CTF into a DF till one team loses its Hawk pad and then it is game over...
I would just accept it at this point, majority of the community hasn't returned and doesn't plan to. Starhawk is simply less fun, less active, and less competitive. Assuming T$ is allowed to bring a huge roster into that 20k ladder and win easy. How long do you plan to stick around noob pounding after that?

On another topic we have had talks with prime and we agree the game does still suck big time. And I don't think there's much challenge for most vets far as flight goes.

When Starhawk first came out, you had to play smart.
2-3 days later, now it is blatently obvious and easy how to dominate, or if your playing against good pilots, control the skies.
And thats Sheild, get flak, side bust pilot.
If you cant side bust wait til u can. 1v1's are a joke. Too many ways out.
Stealth, sheild, engine mods, vehicle mechanic.
I'll admit there is a little smarts still remaining, but its mostly down to who can hog all of the op hawk pickups now.

I have never played with him, and stats can be deceiving. But he seems to be on the ground some of the time where death is much more likely, and still has one of the best skill scores.

And yeah, the ground game for me is far more exciting
I could go into Dogfight all day long and tear up noobs with the sheild and flak cannon, I could even go toe to toe with KoingWolf and even he'll tell you Im a challenge to him, its either me or him fighting it out for vico
And half the full pilots do nothing more than fly past the clusters every minute and rack up kills, me do I do it, yeah dam right or it'll be done to me.
But on the gorund, I'd put myself up there with the likes of any base ravenger for just ground pounding, vehicles and ground weapons.
While I might not be the best in peoples eyes, thats you opinion, im cool with that. but I consider my self a great all-rounder and an asset to any team.
