Yeah there aren't any stacking penalties right now.
If it follows eve stacking penalties are 85% then 60%
So a 10% damage mod would be:
10% first mod
8.5% second mod
6% third mod
But right now my AR has more damage per second than a heavy machine gun >.>
I have 3 10% damage mods, a GEK, locus grenades, nanite injectors, triage repair kit, militia nano hive, and then 3 12% sprint mods.
I do 600 DPS and move at 10.4 Meters per second.
