Hey maybe Battlefront 3 still has a chance!

So what do you think about this?

I know EA isn't liked by some people.

But... as long as its Star Wars it can't be bad correct?

Funny, I remember original reviews of Battlefront saying it was "Battlefield with a Star Wars mod". Really, what's the difference? If it didn't have Electronic Arts' name attatched to it, would it really matter that much?

I don't think it matters much either way, people can say what they will about EA and they would be right to say they're an awful publisher, but at the same time they are a fantastic developer.

On a side note, I wonder if this means anything for 1313, or is it just vaporware now?

I hope if they make Battlfront 3,

that they make it feel like Battlefront.

And not Battlefield.

That's all I'm saying.

I guess like you were saying earlier, Disney hasn't screwed up Star Wars. I was dreading a slew of Facebook/iOS announcements.

Checkout what EA had to say about the Star Wars.

  1. Madden 25
  2. Fifa 14
  3. NHL 14
  4. NBA Live 13
  5. NCAA Football
  6. Need for Speed
  7. Battlefield 4
  8. The Sims 4

That's eight, that leaves three "new" games in that line up. One of those new games is going to be Fuse (formerly Overstrike), which has a release date of May 28th.

So that leaves two more.
