funny one liner from jordan's hands on approach as owner!
"You've got to miss eventually," Henderson told him.
"That's what Cleveland said," replied Jordan, referring to his last-second shot for Chicago in 1989 to win a playoff series over the Cavaliers.

now pulling for the clippers to clip the jazz, they're up 59-50 in the third
If the goal is to topple the Lakers, Mavs are doing a bad job. A Mavs/Nuggets series would be great, but I'd rather see the Lakers go through the Nuggets and Mavs, personally, haha.
And really, the Jazz are non factors in the grand scheme of things. Weren't they basically in this same spot last year with basically this same team before they lost about 20 in a row, fell to the eighth seed, and couldn't quit making mistakes long enough to beat a Lakers team that was blowing 20 point leads nightly, couldn't close out the game to save their lives, and looked like they didn't even want to be there? Yeah, Jazz aren't even a concern.

Yea come on the mavs aren't THAT good, the Nuggets are waaaay better than them so they probably won't get past them if they meet in the playoffs

if the nuggets are wayyy better they would have a better record, amirite?

Was going to stay up and watch Pacers/Lakers. Glad I decided not to. Will make the same, intelligent decision tonight against Portland. Man, I hate this team.
These boards have really died since the reboot.

Sounds about right. Granger is all emo right now and it sounds like he just let RonRon shut him down, the coach called Josh McRoberts's career game "irrelevant," sounds like T.J. Ford sucked it up in taco time, the team's best PG still can't get on the floor, and Mike "Ghost" Dunleavy is starting to whine about playing time (despite being a ghost). I miss the Colts. All this dysfunction/suckage on my basketball teams is sapping me dry.

...But.... it's just SO bad. It makes me
And yes I saw Granger get shutdown by RonRon, don't know what was up with that. Granger seems to not be himself this year, what do you think is up? Injuries? Crap team? Both?

well granger has 21 in the first half right now, so maybe he got over it.
mavs gave kidd the night off to rest, and just about paid for it but still held of the wolves for the 9th straight win. let's make it 10 on friday
