What "BandWagon" I have ONE MLB team and that is the Mets. You see me cheering on the Yankees? Cubs? Red Sox? No. With a 137 million dollar payroll and sub .500 ball. Combine that with September of 07. You think I want to witness another heart breaking loss? No. Just cause I stop watching MY team, dosen't make me a bandwagon fan.

The Mets are known to dissapoint. Should I list them? 1988 NLCS, 1999 NLCS, 2006 NLCS, 2007 September, 1987, 1985, 1998, 1973 WS, Trading away Nolan Ryan. Dwight Gooden, see my point? I wish we had even half of those 14 straight division tittles. And Yes I admit, I lost hope. But who wouldn't?

They way the Mets have played the past couple of weeks and the way the Phillies are playing too definitely makes it seem like the Mets are going to easily take the division.  But then again, we're just hitting the AS break.  There's way too much time for the Mets and Phillies return to their disappointing ways.  But the NL East is definitely going to be a fun race to follow between the Mets, Phillies, and Marlins.  If the Nationals had some consistency in their play, they might even be able to make a strong run in the division.  The talent is there, just not the cohesion and drive.
