Sly Cooper 4: Thieves in Time

I bought Sly 4 off the PS Store. I can't install it. I have error 80029564. It would be a shame if I have to have to redownload it. Anyone know what the problem is?

Can someone please tell me how to fix this. I've been trying for two days to get this game working. Or a I supposed to accept the fact that I wasted 40 bucks on a game that I'll never get to play?
