They've announced that anyone who pre-orders Sly 4 will get all of the skins and parachute replacements with Sanzaru's logo on it. I am not sure they are making a Collectors Edition with the life size cane or that coin you have a picture of. Maybe someone else can answer that.

If we pre-order sly cooper on vita can we get some skins for it too or can we even pre-order sly cooper on vita..Does it have to be for ps3?:smileytongue

I'm sure you will have the skins if you pre-order the vita version too. I don't know too much about the vita though.
